T.G.I.F.

Thank God I'm Free!!! There are so many scriptures that remind us we are free in Christ!! I was reading this morning and when I began to write, I asked the Lord what to say. He instantly gave me T.G.I.F. It is a very familiar acronym but a totally different meaning. If you have confessed with your mouth that you believe Jesus the Christ and know in your heart He was raised from the dead, you are free!!! (Romans 10:9) What is freedom?? It is not the ability to do what you want to do, participate in evil, or treat other people poorly. Being free, for me, reminds me, I have a Savior. A Savior that died for me, died so that I can be free from sin, died that I may have mercy and grace daily, and died that I can repent daily. I now have direct access to my Father in heaven and I can call upon him all times of day or night.
