Yesterday, I was invovled in a ministry event. As the event continued, and the women involved began to share, God allowed me to see something so amazing. I shared it with the ministry leader, and God has told me to share with you.
The event yesterday was for one person, specifically. God orchestrated the day, just for her. So before the event was planned. Before the invites were sent out. God already knew who needed and who He wanted to be there. It was a spiritual set-up!!! He placed the other women there to speak life, pray, cry, laugh, encourage, and minister to 1 person. Again, it was a set-up!!!
The message for you, this morning, is be obedient to what God is telling you. Your obedience can help 1 person. God is using your obedience to help grow the kingdom. Just imagine, if by your obedience, you could encourage, minister, and/or pray, for at least 1 person. That is a potential 365 persons a year. Now, imagine if every believer did the same.
Now, I understand it more, when I hear the words, if I can help just 1 person on my journey.......
Will you be obedient? Are you ready to be used by God to increase the kingdom? Will you assist 1 person, today? Blessings!
Yesterday in the early hours, God woke me and took me to Rev 21:7 and Matthew 16:33. As I read and reread those scriptures, God continued to give me a peace regarding the end of this physical body. This body is truly temporary. This body will go through many occurences, some good and some bad.
He sent His Son Jesus! Jesus paid the price for all, one time, on Calvary!!! When Jesus took the sting out of death! When He rose on the 3rd day, with ALL power!! Not most power or some power, but ALL power!!! He overcame death for you and me!!! Yes, in this world, this body will have some tribulation, but we can and shall have peace, because Jesus overcame the world!!!
I received news that my cousin was called home on yesterday. My cousin is well because she had a relationship with God. On yesterday morning, I imagine the conversation between her and her God. Although, we will miss her body on this side, I know she overcame because Jesus overcame. I know a mansion was prepared for her and when the door was opened, she stood before the King, and heard those glorious words, WELL DONE.
My question for you today, will you stand before the King? Will you face the tribulations of this world with peace?
Matthew 16:33, Revelation 21:7
Driving in Atlanta traffic can be very stressful, to put it mildly.
As I was driving yesterday, I noticed when the traffic was smooth sailing and when it became bumper to bumper slow. I also witnessed some accidents along the way.
I thought to myself, how I could not wait to get to my destination.
I want you to know, WHERE YOU ARE GOING TO, IS GREATER THAN WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH.
This highway, called life, will be full of smooth sailing, bumper to bumper slow downs, accidents, and you may have to maneuver through some difficult passageways.
But God! He has prepared a place for us, for you! When we get to our final destination! Oh what a glorious time! Yes, where we are going to, is greater than what we are going through!
Revelation 21:7, 22:1-4
I was listening to a song this morning and it hit me like a ton of bricks. It was my testimony....
He saw the best in me! He saw the best in me even when I saw the worst. He saw the best in me!
Is that your testimony today? It should be. Don't let negative people tell you who or what you are going to be. Don't allow your past to keep you dismayed. Remember, He saw the best in YOU! YOU are wonderfully and fearfully made! YOU are above and not beneath! YOU are more than a conqueror! YOU are a child of the Most High God!!!
God is good! God is great!
When you keep your mind on Him at all times, He will surely give you peace!
When your mind begin to wander, meditate on what you know...
Meditate on no weapon formed will prosper!
Meditate on nothing being impossible for God!
Meditate on all things working together for your good!
Meditate on never seeing the righteous begging for bread!
Meditate on you can do all things thru Christ who gives you strength!
Meditate on the Word!
Do not let the enemy in your thoughts.
Prayer gives you power to walk on purpose
