Laughter is good.
As you go about your day, laugh.
You do not have to be so serious all the time. Relax.
Try laughing at a concern versus crying, screaming, or reacting negatively.
If you walk up on someone and they talking about you, laugh and walk away.
If you receive that big bill in the mail, look at the bill and laugh.
If you have that disagreement with your spouse or friend, laugh and let it go.
Those things are distractions and temporary.
They are set up to destroy you.
Laughter, confuses the enemy.
You can laugh because you know God got it.
You are covered by the blood of Jesus Christ.
You do not have to worry about anything, you know who holds the key to your life.
