I CANNOT take this!
I CANNOT do this!
I CANNOT handle that?!

Well, you are right! You cannot but GOD CAN! 
GOD CAN TAKE IT!
GOD CAN DO IT!
GOD CAN HANDLE IT!
Let go and LET GOD!! Trust Him with everything that concerns you! 
Do you not know you are a child of the MOST HIGH GOD?
Do you not know you are a child of the LIVING GOD?
YOU CANNOT BUT GOD CAN!
