How do you escape the thoughts of the mind? The thoughts of past failures?
The thoughts of depression?
The thoughts of worthlessness?
The thoughts that crowd your mind and distract you from your purpose?
I want to say it is easy but I know it to be a daily struggle.
I want to say it is easy but I know it takes strength.
I want to say it is easy but I know you can not do it alone.
Surrender....give all that you have and all that you are to your Creator.
Pray for His strength.
Meditate on His Word.
Meditate on His promises.
Trust Him.
The word of God tells us to cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Cor 10:5). Think on what is true, noble, pure, lovely, right (Phil 4:8).
Keep your mind stayed on him and he will give you perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). 
Trust Him.
Prayer: Lord God we know you are Omnipotent and nothing is impossible for you. We thank you for the strength and the power to block every negative thought from our mind and speak life from our mouth. We give you honor and glory. In Jesus name, Amen. 
Scripture: And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
