Why does He allow you to breathe?
Why does He allow you to wake up in the morning?

My thoughts, He is sovereign. He can do what He want, when He want, where He want, and with whomever He want. He has a plan for you and no demon in hell can keep you from it. His love for you is so great, your mind will never be able to understand. His mercy and grace surrounds you. The precious blood of His only begotten Son, covers you!
Do not worry about the why, focus on the Who.
