Yesterday I reminded you to write the vision. Today I want to remind you, to commit your works to the Lord. I know it sounds strange, but it is easy to get the "big head" when you accomplish things. I often remind myself, it is not about me. Everything I do is for Him. I have not started really marketing my book, because I wanted to make sure I was doing what God wanted me to do. I knew He gave me the book, and I knew it was not about me becoming rich, so I waited. I did some vendor events, social media posting, but I knew there was something else, so I waited. While waiting, I continued to pray and seek direction. I would also check my site to see how many books were sold when it was first released. I became a little "disappointed" by the lack of sells. Not because of the money, but because I know God gave me the words. So, I stopped checking and continued to pray for direction. I thank Him for the words and I thank Him for how He will send "One Word" to the people. It was then that He showed me the what to do. The purpose of "One Word", the ministry. Our God is so good, not only did He show me the purpose but He showed me the name of the ministry, the purpose, and the things to come!!!
Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3 NLT
