Breathe GOD

Have you ever heard, what goes in comes out? If you are surrounded by negative people and you allow negative things to affect you negatively.... need I finish that thought? 
Be careful what you take in. Guard your eyes, guard your ears.
I know in today's world there are things happening around us that seem overwhelming.
But there is a man here to help you. His name is Jesus. 
There are things that you can do to protect yourself from negativity.
Change the music you listen to constantly.
Change the negative friends surrounding you daily.
Change the channel, find something inspiring to watch. 
Sit still and breathe in God.
Look out the window above the physical and look into the clouds, breathe in God. 
Meditate on the word of God.
Breathe in God.
What you take in, will come out...
