I was eating my breakfast this morning and as I was eating my eggs a thought came to mind.
There are several ways to cook an egg. A hard boiled egg is firm and cooked all the way through. A fried egg is hard on the edges and if not cooked all the way, it is runny/soft on the inside. A scrambled egg is all over the place. ***************************** Where are you in your faith walk? Are you firm like the boiled egg? Are you without a doubt, firm all the way through, and know you are covered? Are you like the fried egg, hard on the edges but as soon as a little shift occur, you get all runny in your faith? Are you like the scrambled egg, just all over the place, sometimes you have faith and other times you are so doubtful about what God can do? ************************** No matter where you are, if you notice, all of the eggs had to be exposed to heat, it is the intensity of the heat, and the length of time in the heat, that help form the egg. Each egg was also exposed to and had some form of reaction to some outside interference, the boiled egg least affected. Consider your faith.....is more heat required? do your reactions to interference need adjusting? Enjoy your breakfast! :-) Luke 22:31-32, 2 Corinthians 5:7
