Good morning. I want you try something today. Meditate on scripture. Find a verse for today and repeat that verse over and over again. I do not know what  you need but God does. Ask Him for your scripture, He will lead you to the right one. 
I have, what I call, a random thinking mind. My thoughts are just all over the place. When I find my thoughts to be negative, or just not in the right place, I stop and I begin to say scripture or thank God for a sound mind. One of the passages of scripture that I use is Psalms 23. 
Again I do not know what your power scripture is for today, but I know you need one. The enemy is very busy, and the best way to deal with him, is with the Word of God, which is your Sword of the Spirit. 
So today I task you with meditating on the Word. ALL DAY...
